5. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERIES

All articles sold by PRO SIM TECH are subject to a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law No 84/2008 of 21 May.
The warranties do not cover wear and tear resulting from normal use as indicated by the manufacturer. All warranties cease if Customer changes, in any form or pretext, the delivered product.
In the event of damage caused by the Customer, due to the careless or improper handling of the product purchased, the Customer is hereby deemed to be imputed to any subsequent costs necessary for the repair and transportation of such products.
